Provider Verification Review

Providers cannot bid and cannot be paid out until their ID, licence (where their state requires one) and insurance documents are on file, unexpired, and reviewed by a person here. Nothing on this page is automated: an automated reviewer can flag or reject a document, never approve one.

Awaiting verification (—)
Loading review queue…
An expired licence or insurance certificate stops satisfying the verification gate the moment it lapses — the provider keeps their verified status on screen but silently cannot be paid out. This view exists to catch that before a payout fails. Documents with no declared expiry (e.g. a passport-style ID) are not treated as expiring.
Credentials expiring within 60 days, or already expired

Verified providers who currently fail the gate

Their account says verified, but the live document check disagrees — so bidding and payouts are blocked in practice.

Approving a document here does not make the provider verified. Account sign-off is a separate, deliberate step below.

Reject this provider's verification

Sets the account to rejected and clears any earlier verified/override marks. They can re-upload documents and be reviewed again.

Audited exception — not the normal approval path

Override the document checks

This marks the provider verified while their document checks are failing, which unblocks real bidding and real payouts. It is written to admin_audit_log and permanently flags the provider record as override-verified — it can never later look like an ordinary approval. Only use it if verification was genuinely established outside GroundBid (documents seen in person, a passing Stripe Identity result). Never to clear a queue.

Step 1 of 3 — written justification
0 / 20 characters minimum
Step 2 of 3 — step-up authorization

The same second factor GroundBid requires to move real money. A one-time code is sent to your admin phone and email.

Write a justification first.
Step 3 of 3 — submit the override
Complete steps 1 and 2 first.
