Providers cannot bid and cannot be paid out until their ID, licence (where their state requires one) and insurance documents are on file, unexpired, and reviewed by a person here. Nothing on this page is automated: an automated reviewer can flag or reject a document, never approve one.

An expired licence or insurance certificate stops satisfying the verification gate the moment it lapses — the provider
keeps their
verified status on screen but silently cannot be paid out. This view exists to catch that
before a payout fails. Documents with no declared expiry (e.g. a passport-style ID) are not treated as expiring.
